My dad has just had his 2nd cataract surgery here at Wolverhampton. All of the staff are so kind and caring and go above and beyond for the patients and make them feel comfortable and at ease. He was really well looked after at both surgeries, pre appts and aftercare follow up was second to none.

Everyone from the meet and greet receptionist were all 1st class. Care, patience and friendly making me feel totally at ease. Even had a lovely lady serving hot drinks. Highly recommend.

My experience of cataract surgery with Spa Medica was an extremely positive one. Communication regarding my appointments via text, phone and letter, could not be faulted. The booklets I was given to explain the procedure and instruct on aftercare were very helpful. I appreciated being provided with high quality eye drops both before and after surgery to lubricate the eye and aid recovery, complete with a schedule to ensure I used them enough. The facilities were immaculate and at every stage the staff gave clear explanations of the procedure. I was comfortable during the operation itself and reassured by the surgeon. Above all I appreciated the kindness and care shown by all the staff who dealt with me. My eye recovered rapidly and I was thrilled with the improvement in my sight. I would like to say a huge thank you to all the team at Spa Medica.

excellent service, very pleasant staff, everyone extremely helpful, explained everything before and during then procedure. Each of the staff gave their first name as an introduction which was re-assuring. The whole experience was first class. Thank you

This was the second cataract surgery. Amazing staff and a very comfortable procedure. One could run out of superlatives!!!

I have just had my second cataract removed. What a wonderful place. Staff were very happy, friendly and welcoming. I had no concerns at all with treatment that I received. I would recommend Spa Medica to everyine needing cataract surgery.

I had caterract surgery on 31 January 2025 at spamedica wolverhampton the procedure was explained to me and was done quickly and painlessly by polite and efficient staff I cant recomend them enough

Absolute brilliant service, Specsavers eye test 6th Jan, assessment at SpaMedica 17th Jan, cataract surgery 25th Jan, it was all over in the blink of an eye (please excuse pun!) Very professional well organised practice with very caring staff who are most re-assuring.

Lovely people that work there, very dedicated to put patience at their ease and answer questions about procedure, although the leaflet I received and read twice was excellent. Thanks to all the nurses and staff and most of all the surgeons for everthing they do.
