    I had a blood test today at the clinic and I am not the best with needles and bloods and makes me feel really funny and almost feint. I explained the situation to the 2 staff members and from that moment they were fantastic and helped me through the whole process. They were very understanding and talked to me the whole time throughout the test. When the test was finished I didn’t feel the best and they helped me feel calm and relaxed and also bring me back down to earth as I felt really dizzy and queezy. We also managed to laugh and smile about it all and nothing was to much for either of the staff members too. I understood at the end that it was a practice nurse doing the test which I was told after it was complete and was encouraged to think how professional she was doing the job and didn’t seem like the first time. I don’t normally leave reviews but today I want to praise the 2 members of staff and especially for the can of Pepsi at the end! I have to go back next week for another test but less blood being taken so hopefully it wont be as bad but if I have the same members of staff then great! Thank You

    Wished to see a private GP as I am tired of waiting for appointments with NHS GP. Managed to get appointment that same week and was very impressed with the service received. Saw a very friendly and competent GP, who had time to listen to my woes and to make me feel comfortable and cared for.
