Unable to contact by phone - do not know how to get an appointment. How do I get in touch except by going into the clinic - not a good idea today and snow on pavements

The treatment was excellent, but I noticed that the lighting was old fluorescent tubes. It would be good if these were replaced by modern low energy Led lights. Much better lighting and the change would be paid for by lower electric costs. There are a number of schemes for hospital lighting modernisation. Many thanks for reading, Steve Weatherill.

I rang today for new domes and batteries, the number I normally use said I couldn’t be connected, I rang Audiology Dept Scarborough. Was given an alternative number, when I rang I was told I couldn’t be connected. I have no way of getting my replacement equipment I need. I only ever ring every 4/5 months as I normally received enough batteries for 6 months. This is the number I have been using foe numerous years. What I do next I have no idea, perhaps they have already closed for Christmas.

Trying numerous times to contact the clinic by phone it it always engaged tried email but as usual no reply
