  1. Review titled call back 3 rings

Rated 2 stars out of 5

was suppose to get a call back for a PushDr gp today missed 1st call as heard phone go off in my pocket but by the time i had taken phone out off pocket call stopped. Second time rang three times then they cut off did not get to phone in time ...at least stay on call abit longer then a few seconds!!. So thought it might of been my mobile playing up so rang doctors surgery up with over half hour wait to get through and gave landline line number to ring instead all good i thought but no they rang again on mobile. Muted tv then picked up phone to answer it and not quick enough to get to phone . I know doctors time is limited but when you are given a time slot of a whole day and you wait in for the whole day please give the decenty of at least waitng abit longer than 3 to 5 seconds to answer the call btw checked my phone and no problems with my phone recieving calls from a private number.

  2. Review titled Getting Through is Impossible.

Rated 2 stars out of 5

Whilst I can't praise my General Practitiioner *this site won't let me use the abbreviation) enough, and staff are helpful, it is ridiculous to limit when you can contact them via their own onerous online appoitments template. There are limited choices, and it isn't as if the questions are at all relevant. It discriminates against those who aren't able to afford a computer , or are Information Systems literate. Whilst staff will complete the questionnaire for you, this must be the most inefficient means of triage, and it times up the phone line. Of course the Care Quality Commission were going to improve their poor rating because, now, most of their patients can't can't get through. Why not just lock the doors and shut down the phone lines and you can then get a 100% score?
