  1. Review titled Disregard for locals living in area!!!!

Rated 3 stars out of 5

Today with the parking up and down Victoria Park Road, living on the road is very difficult when doing normal household chores such as picking up shopping and not having the ability to park outside our own home to have to carry shopping quite a distance, locking and then unlocking the car every time just to get a few bags in, and the amount of parking for the amount of staff at St Edmunds is adequate to not have to have conversations with nursing staff to ask, if they could park in the space closer to St Edmunds to allow myself to park outside my own home to off load, and then be told no, I'm taking the risk of loosing my space is something never would have thought a nurse would even entertain saying in a work capacity. However, today having returned from a shop, couldn't get down the service lane behind my house due to the selfish nature of staff again parking on the corner on double yellow lines. When asking through a window who's car it was, was meet with a condescending response, saying"so what you're asking is if it could need moved!", not oh sorry it's mine and I don't know it was double yellows or I didn't think it would be an inconvenience..... It's abhorrent that as residents we have to chase stones to get staff to move their badly parked vehicles rather than parking in the grounds they work. It's not the residents problem if there management do not allow them to park on the ground if that is the case. I suggest they start to allow them to use the grounds and juggle around when the company vehicles return from perfuming their duty. Please address this issue as it's not fair to the residents. They are not emergency vehicles and if they were needed they wouldn't get through!!!!!
