   Reception staff are rude & unhelpful. Nurse particularly obnoxious & whilst waiting for appt she interrupted DR with a patient more than once to query test results she was clearly unqualified to read. In the waiting room you can regularly hear other people discussions ~ data protection & privacy concerns clearly seen. Dr regularly talks over patient & doesn't resolve complaints, more interested in ruling out conditions than getting to the root of the problem & providing appropriate treatment/strategy to resolve. Minor surgery completed 12-months ago; surgeon rude and dismissive and despite protestations did not wear gloves and wound subsequently became infected. If this is the standard of service seen at other practices no wonder the NHS has such a poor reputation. Would reccomend all to avoid like the plague.
