   Yesterday morning I phoned the practice about a medical concern. Within a couple of hours I went through the triage arrangement which led to an appointment to see my GP that afternoon. The GP gave me time to explain my concern, listened carefully and he drew up a appropriate action plan to follow. No rush at all. Xray arranged for the following day in nearby hospital. This is the NHS at its best.
