Been going here all my life but for the past 3-4 years whenever you phone up you cannot get past the very snotty receptionists. They just fob you off every single time with the got no appointments try again tomorrow. I’ve called 15 minutes after opening time to get the Same line, got no appointments try again tomorrow. You have to be very lucky to get an appointment here. They will also point blank refuse to book you In for the following day to by saying not allowed to do that try calling again tomorrow.

Please can this be directed to the appropriate service, as this appears to relate to the GP surgery and appointments/delays in getting through to receptionists

I have had type 1 diabetes for a a long period of time. Never have I in all these decades been treated like such a drain on finance and time. No consultant takes time to know you or your health issues, and even if they did, you don’t see the same consultant twice. Each time you meet a new consultant (every time), they spend the first 10 minutes reading your history as briefly as possible. Then they don’t listen to your problems, they have no longtime experience of treating patients, just freshly repeat a text book at you of what should happen. When this isn’t the case there is no effort, as the attitude is that it doesn’t matter because you will be someone else’s problem on your next visit.
