They registered my appointment details, and took my blood pressure. This is so that I could be able to take my injection later on, in the future. She did this by, for e.g., wrapping the thermometer around my arm to check my blood pressure level, and if I could take the injection at a later date, at a different location.

Appointment booked with Paramedics instead og G.P. Paramedics can not interpret blood tests results and asked to book another appointment with the G.P. Paramedics could not listened to us and said I have next patient to see. When I complained to resptionist, she become rude to us and did not help us. Paramedics said you can get a copy of yiur blood tests from reception, but resptionist refused to print

Long queue for the appointments but are always made with care and professionalism. Lovely accommodation from the staff, treated with care and respect.

They was bad like a few months ago. But now definitely I will recommend them because they really changed. The staffs are great and gentle, and if you need an appointment, they give you quicker. Literally, for 2 days you have appointment.

The doctors and teams at this practice are constantly improving. I’m very grateful to all of them, including the polite receptionists and caring doctors. They’re lovely people there.

I was very satisfied with the two Doctors I saw today during my appointment. All of my questions was answered and they checked my problem with great care and understanding. Also the reception staff was very helpful.

I was devastated and in severe pain, the care, help and alert giving both face2face and at home helps reduced my depression and recovery.

They attended to me very well and professionally too. Crucially, they were very compassionate in their official dealings, as I did witness. The staff there are excellent (both clinical and non-clinical) . I am very satisfied and happy with how I was attended to.
