Although I was slightly disappointed that my appointment was conducted over the phone rather than in person, I understand the circumstances and appreciate the convenience of submitting a photo online for the doctor's review. I acknowledge that the practice is quite busy, and I am grateful that I was able to be seen within a reasonable timeframe of two weeks. Overall, I am quite satisfied with the service I received. My medical issue was effectively addressed, and the necessary prescription was arranged.

I've tried to booked an appointment online and the GP called me back the next day for telephone consultation . She is pro active and she has sense of urgency , following our conversation she gave me blood test request and prescribed medication on the same day which I collected immediately in the pharmacy and GP practice . She wa though on the phone and she explained things well

This doctor was extremely carrying, respectful and empathetic. He was clear and precise. He made me feel that I was important and a person and not just a number. He followed up and directed me to ensure that I had a clear understanding of what I need to do next. A great experience in my opinion

this practice has looked after me for 14 years great staff great doctors .i am aleays looked after well and i am so at ease with this practice .i seen a doctor recently and he looked after me and seen i was ok .so caring and professional.

When I ring the surgery, the reception was good as the booked my appointment with the date that suitable for me and on my appointment day, I had it exactly the time given to me.

I requested a call to discuss my health needs prior to an activity holiday. My concerns were listened to and understood, and not dismissed as frivolous. I was given some good advice and a face to face consultation was arranged.

Considering I was going in to talk about my mental health and something that I've been trying to pluck up the courage to go to the doctors about for years, the doctor showed not an ounce of sympathy or empathy for my situation as I relayed my issues and talked about my childhood trauma. I understand that the NHS is squeezed and maybe the doctor was also having a bad day but please put yourself in your patients shoes. You barely looked up from your computer and did not smile at me once. As someone who also works in a care role I know what it is like to go in on a bad day and still have to give 100%- it is hard but you owe it to the people that you serve.

Quick and effective consultation, great outcome for follow up. Appointment was on time, was not rushed. We covered everything I had concerns about.

My experience on this occasion is that the staff and practitioner were friendly and experienced; other occasions- I found some were more experienced than others but overall good.
