Very happy with the service I had, doctor was very present, gave me enough time, explain to me about my problem.I'm very happy with my surgery the service I'm getting.

I had a moderately long standing episode of sciatic pain/? Piriformis syndrome, for which I was referred for an XRay & Hip Ultrasound. The GP practice uploaded the 2 reports quickly onto the NHS App, so I was able to read them prior to speaking to a GP (via a booked telephone consultation), and could therefore have a more informed discussion. The GP telephoned me within the allotted time, which is always important to me, and was able to clarify questions I asked her. The GP was friendly, professional and polite and gave me more than enough time to adequately deal with my query.

Please note I did write this review with the hopes to include the persons name who helped me on the phone however the new review system does not allow this. I called Stratford Village Surgery in relation to my son’s medication and I spoke with a lady (P) who not only showed empathy but also rectified the issue I had (none of which were her fault). There was one outstanding item to be sorted by the doctor however I was content all had been done to help. Within 5 minutes the lady (A) had called me back and also rectified and received a response from the doctor. All issues had been sorted in an excellent manner and my son will have the appropriate medication he needs. The lady (M) in question who I assume answers the phones and helps deal with queries is an example of how health care help should be, as she delivered a high quality of care and help !

My face-to-face GP appointment was very valuable. They listened to the problems raised and attended to them in a professional, thorough and empathic way.

What I needed to discuss was too long for a 10 minute appointment but the GP really took time to hear me. She was kind and caring and I felt heard.

After waiting for over 30 minutes with no reason given for delay the Doctor was very apologetic She was very thorough and amiable.

Happy with the service received. Not satisfied that I can only submit one request at the time, where the waiting time for an appointment, majority of the time a phone call is more than 2 weeks. After 1 year I am still waiting for my dermatology appointment. Service should be faster and I can nor believe we have to wait almost 3 weeks to see, if you are lucky in person, a doctor. Please improve the service and help your patients better and promptly

Needed some progress on my medication asked for via web 5 days ago. Talked to someone who helped arranging for my request to be handeld. Brilliant service, a few questions and issue solved. Big thanks for great service!! Edited this review as I wasn't allowed to mention anyone with name. Alltough the SMS stated to mention the person that helped out. A bit confusing. Please rectify the text template going out asking to ad any names.

I have a background of genetic heart problems and my father had a heart bypass surgery. I have asked for proper testing of my heart and I've been advised to exercise regularly which I'm doing and everyone can give this advice. I have asked for tests such as ECG and only thing I have received was a general blood test.
