Overall this is a great service with great people, who will go out of their way to help you. The only problem I have is that I can't contact them when I need to. The official 676600 number just switches off when you phone it. Which would be pretty serious if you had an emergency. Apart from that it's the best after care I have received.

Thanks for highlighting the issues about getting through to the service. We are currently experiencing problems with our phone lines for our services in Rochdale and this is under investigation. If you need to contact the service in the meantime you can contact our Patient Advice and Liaison (PALS) on 0161 716 3178 and they will be able to provide you with an alternative temporary contact number.
