    Kingston Hospital changed my appointment to Surbiton Hospital.This sounded fine but when we arrived we found the car park packed,we eventually found a disabled space. We then looked for Surbiton Hospital. No sign ! Health Centre , Pharmacy, Drs Practices but no Hospital. Went into the building and asked. Told we were there ! Why isn’t there a sign saying Surbiton Hospital. ?

    I have been a patient at Surbiton health centre for many years. I have no problem with the service provided. However, I do not understand why with fewer patients visiting the health centre that those who have an appointment cannot park. I have today received an £85 fine for entering the car park. Been unable to park for over 30 minutes and having to leave. I did not park. I did not turn my engine off. How can you register your vehicle if you cannot leave it?

    I have waited some time for this referral. I had to ring up the clinician to chase it up. The clinician gave me a verbal appointment , this was never follwed up by a confirmation text or letter. Unfortunate when many long covid sufferers have memory issues . The appointment itself was beyond dissapointing . The clinician is unfriendly, utterly disinterested and lacks basic compassion . I was met not with a friendly welcoming face and an inquiry into what my issues were , but just an absolute barrage of questionnaires . The main purpose of these seems to be to ascertain if the patient has issues that would result in them imagining their symptoms . I feel this cllinic is just paying lip servicce to long covid, it’s a waste of NHS money and my time . I absolutely understand that my issues can’t be helped but I would have really appreciated being treated like a person with concerns and not a form filling statistic
