my third visit having previously had 2 hips replaced. Thi time it was a knee. Everything here is wonderful, efficient and the staff are to be praised for the care and assistance given

My 87 mother had a hip replacement in April. I can't praise highly enough everything about this service. The pre op care was very thorough and we were kept updated at all times. The procedure day, was very well organised and everything went smoothly. Mum remained on recovery overnight and was brilliantly cared for. All the staff are so caring from the reception staff onwards. Mum had a few medical problems, and had to be transferred back to recovery, we were kept in touch the whole time and the staff were professional and friendly at all times. The discharge coordinators helped with the organisation of help to enable Mum to return to her home as soon as possible. In short this center is everything the NHS should be and deserves its rating of outstanding.
