During March and April I was very lucky to have counselling with Lisa. She was very understanding, patient and caring. During that time my mindset changed from extremely anxious to being able to look at my problems in a different way. I now possess coping mechanisms. A huge thank you to Talkworks and Lisa

The friendly, understanding and supportive approach provided by staff has been invaluable to me and given me the opportunity to learn new coping strategies and tools for the future. I was given the opportunity to have regular face to face and phone meetings, which have really helped.
