  1. Review titled They played us some slides now I'm healed!

by Anonymous - Posted on 08 April 2024

Just in case you didn't guess that was sarcasm. Initial phone consultation lacked any empathy his voice just sounded bored and patronising. Really it seams that they believe that only thick people get depressed. Then I was sent a ridiculously patronising booklet to work through, just what I needed in a crisis homework! I was then sent some links to other organisations and inducted on to a course where some more patronising people played slides over Microsoft teams. Absolute waste of my time and government money, completely unhelpful.

  3. Review titled Disappointing

Rated 1 star out of 5

The initial consultation felt like a tick box exercise totally lacking in warmth and empathy. These qualities are essential when dealing with people with mental health issues. Maybe I was just unlucky, but i was left feeling worse! The signposting to another service was fruitless and clearly lacked any time or care for suitability. I was just left with a website to navigate to a relavant area. Waste of my time and money travelling. Damaging experience.
