I arrived as requested (10 minutes before the appointment time). From there onwards everything was so slick. The staff have sometimes have very long days and I was impressed with how professionally they handled everything. Polite staff, clean building, I was kept informed of everything I should expect. Thank you to all involved.

After getting there on time Tuesday 8th February, 2023 & travelling from a distance, was told that there was a delay due to non arrival of isotopes (happened exactly the same on last visit) of one hour. Generally felt uncomfortable, confused & overwhelmed by the experience.
