Had an MRI appointment at 8.00am, was told arrive 15 minutes early for the appointment. Wanted to check with the receptionist that I was in the right place, was told very rudely to take a seat and come back to the desk at 8am. Having worked for the NHS for over 20 years, also in an admin & clerical role I would never be rude to someone or not help them just because its 15 minutes before my start time!

I can't believe that on this NHS website there is no contact phone number given for the Adelaide Health centre. When I googled the number it led to an answer phone which despite saying that the centre open at 8am would only take a message well after 8am. My wife had to cancel an appointment at short notice and was unable to directly contact the centre before her appointment time. The google information also says that the centre opens at 9am despite my wife physio appointment always being at around 8.30am. Can we please have an easy to locate and use phone number for the centre.

A Podiatrist told me to get a HBa1test then phone to remind them that I’ve had it so as to get an appointment within a time period for nail surgery, i did as I was told, but I could tell the receptionist wasn’t taking it in and i have not been sent an appointment.

I was referred to the Adelaide Health centre by my GP after a meniscus "wear and tear" knee injury. I was seen by a physiotherapist, who spent time enquiring about the symptoms and did an initial assessment. I felt the physio took an interest in me and my knee and offered me 3 sessions of physiotherapy at the centre. I ended up attending several more sessions as there were spaces available and we all felt I was benefitting from them. These sessions were led, at times, by a qualified physiotherapist , who has given me the confidence and motivation to join a gym ( I haven't done so yet, but I feel I will!) and other times I was seen by an exercise practitioner. The physiotherapist taught me the exercises that I would benefit from doing when I join the gym; the exercise practitioner showed me, in a very meticulous way, a whole lot of exercises to do at home, and ways to increase their difficulty as I regain strength in my muscles. It has been absolutely fantastic, and all this was accomplished in a very warm, friendly and fun manner. Thank you very much for all your help , every one of you. I really appreciate your time and effort, and I hope to resume my tennis and hopefully get to go on my girls' skiing weekend in February. I would have liked to send an email to your managers telling them about my experience with you, but nobody seemed to know who to send it to, hence this public review without mentioning names or genders. my first visit to this centre was just excellent, but today I wanted to call and clarify about my appointment but did not find any contact .... I think this is unacceptable in relation to any nhs service. Anyone can even call Buckingham Palace, why are there no contacts to your centre. Contact department No information available.
