   My Mum can can never get to see a Dr face to face. In constant pain. Staff on telephones unhelpful and rude. Offered telephone consultation in 2 weeks time then it was cancelled by surgery. Told they would arrange another but didn't. Callee again to be told still no appointments. So given another telephone appointment in June. To leave people in pain and be offered nothing but a telephone call in over 2 weeks is totally unacceptable. The surgery should be ashamed of the pathetic service they provide. At one point she was told to many people live in Anstey. Dr's changed their practice during covid but now carry on in this lazy disinterested manor with no regard for the wellbeing of the community they are meant to serve
