Had my first visit to the breast unit after a recent scare (was good news fortunately). The team were so friendly, caring & comforting & I felt genuinely cared for and reassured that I would have been in good hands had my results been different. Wish I could mention names as two individuals stood out but all I can say is that one individual held my hand during a procedure & although I wasn’t too nervous this gesture went a long way & helped me remain calm (thank you so much). I was not kept waiting long between tests & staff were very patient when dealing with a first timer like me! Cannot fault the care & treatment I received at all, thank you all for such a positive experience at a worrying time. You are all angels!

I was so worried about my appointment having never attended anything like this prior. I instantly felt at ease greeted by warm slimey faces and every person I met (3 nurses, 2 doctors) were patient, and very reassuring. I was lucky to receive positive news, however should this have been different and being on my own I very very at ease with the whole situation. All down to the amazing staff within this hospital

I was seen promptly and efficiently, staff were very helpful and friendly, tv to watch whilst waiting and fan blowing as it was warm

I would like to say how warm and friendly the staff make you feel as soon as you enter the building, every member of staff had a smile on their face all introduced them selfs to the patient they was seeing to, wish all hospitals and surgeries was like this one. Fabulous

I have nothing but praise for the experience at the nightingale centre. I was put at ease by every member of staff. Treated with kindness and compassion from entering to leaving. The department is run efficiently. Thankyou each and every one of you

I attended today to investigate two areas picked up by a CT scan for something else. The staff were friendly and efficient. Every process was explained in detail. The fact that I had a mammogram, followed by an ultrasound and two small procedures, then consultation with my consultant, was amazing. I didn’t have time to think and worry! I would 100% recommend the Breast Unit.

I had a routine mammogram recently and I can't praise the lovely people enough from reception to the outstanding radiographer. This is such an up close and personal scan but the radiographer was lovely and put me at ease, she was so friendly and happy. They made me feel welcome and were lovely. Thank you.

Had to wait a while to see a Dr when arrived. However the staff kept us regularly updated of waiting times. Very well organised, fluid from one test to another. Every member of staff that engaged with me introduced themselves by first name and were extremely friendly and empathetic.

Had cause to visit the Nightingale recently over a three week period. The care and attention I received was faultless and delivered with great sensitivity. Thank you.
