  1. Review titled Awful experience over 7 years

Rated 1 star out of 5

I’ve always disliked the attitude of the staff within the practice bar a few and this has continued since day 1 to now, after 7 years. I recently moved and so have left CMP behind but today was meant to be my last appointment. They cancelled the appointment without telling me, meaning I drove an hour for nothing. The doctors I speak to here are usually hard to understand over the phone and ask repeat questions that don’t cover the basis of issues I have had, they just tick a check list. Overall I find the staff at reception highly rude, the pharmacy staff are also rude sometimes and the communication between patient and doctor is terrible. I rarely complain but I am so unhappy with the treatment here.

  2. Review titled Communication with the GP

Corbett medical Centre Droitwich spa. As you walk into reception for an appointment you are told to go either the old, new or small waiting room. as patients don’t know which room is which why are the rooms not numbered one, two, three, - makes sense to me. I had a telephone conversation regarding shingles, with a doctor whose first language wasn't English. Very pleasant but they couldn’t understand what I was saying and I didn’t understand them. I explain my symptoms and it was suggested cream and stronger painkillers which I accepted, I explained that I have my medication delivered then ended the call. After chasing my medication which hadn’t been delivered I found out that the doctor had sent one item instead of two, to a different pharmacy that I have never used. I would suggest if you have foreign doctors that they have a very good understanding of English. As a patient I felt very frustrated I had to wait three days for my medication and a trip to the reception to find out what had gone wrong [Unsure about 'Appointments']
