I’m sorry, but there are not enough people to answer the phone. I’m writing this whilst on hold. 10 minutes ago I was caller number 6, now I’m caller number 5. Someone in the management should ring the surgery to get some personal experience and realise that something needs to be done to serve your patients better. Last time I rang, a few months ago, I gave up on the phone and visited the surgery in person and there I had to wait in a queue for ages.
