I & my husband registered GP on August 2022 & didn't received any email & message if the clinic accepted our application for New patient or not. We called up several times but no-one answer phone call, they we went to clinic several times & asked front office staff to solve our enquiry. After they checked their information & gave the number to us. Until now we never received any body checking information from that clinic, as I knew other clinic will ask patient to body checking. On March 2024, my husband's foot not well & booked only Nurse Clinic, he told nurse about his situation & nurse suggested him to book Doctor Clinic or go to front office for next booking again, when he went to front office that staff seem like no idea what do my husband want to book from her & ask husband to book on 7:00 am, really confuse & strange! What can I do? Any assist? Would you tell me please?

Even my consultant from St Jame's Hospital couldn't get through to speak to my GP. It may be Karma but it just goes to show how hard it is to get an appointment

It is hard to get an appointment and I have never been able to get through to a receptionist in under 30 minutes. The receptionists are incredibly rude, don't listen to what you are saying, don't believe what you say and are generally dismissive. When you do get an appointment, the appointment itself is weeks away.

Rang clinic with my booking reference number. They told me that the couldn't make an appointment immediately, but would triage my request & get back to me in around a weeks time offering me an appointment date. However they mentioned that their nurse was on sick leave. Received no response for them, therefore approached another clinic & got the required procedure done a week later.
