Having phoned, as per instructions, after 2.00p.m. all I got was a recorded message (twice!) What am I supposed to do? How else am I supposed to find out whether or not my cancer is coming back? 'Frustrating' is putting it mildly.

I have recently moved to this practice after 30 years at another that time and time again failed me. I had my first conversation with a Doctor at this practice today and finally felt like someone had listened and wanted to help me. I know its my first appointment, but if first impressions are anything to go by... I am happier I have chosen to come here.

Do you actually exist even? There's no means of contacting you! What is the point of a 'service' that is inaccessible? Phone? Call tomorrow. Email? None. Webform? None Replying to texts received? Not possible. Get your act together guys. If I could afford to go private I would.
