No duty of care . I was to get a phone call from the doctors yesterday, I waited 7 hours for them to call not in the allotted time 10-5 instead at 6.30 when I’m on my way back home and was on the tube and got told aggressively that I was at fault ? As they left 5 miss calls all within 6 minutes and as I was on the tube I missed it . This some how affected the doctors judgment on me as I then called the next day at 8 am for an appointment got told I’d be called between 9-1 . I then called up at 1.30 to be told my appointment had been cancelled due to me missing the call the day before (which were outside the allotted times) I’m in pain and have anxity this was the worst experience I’ve ever had . Disgusting

My child had an appointment with paediatrician consultant. The whole experience was really uncomfortable for both of us. Consultant was dismissive, judgmental and cold mannered and made my child feel anxious. We didn’t receive any practical advice. By the end of the 90 minute appointment consultant asked my child : “Do you think that you are different from other people?” And concluded that he find it difficult to read him.
