Review titled "Its just your personality"
Rated 1 star out of 5
by Anonymous - Posted on 23 March 2023
Didnt listen to what i was saying repeatedly asking questions about things i had already answered (eg asking about work when i dont work) and essentially told me that theres nothing wrong, its just my personality. Had a meltdown in the car park. The nurse who took the initial call was lovely and another? nurse saw me in the car park and made sure i was okay but the psychiatrist was awful.

Review titled I despair...
Rated 2 stars out of 5
by Andy Ashworth - Posted on 04 February 2023
My medication was due and I had to phone, to act as a reminder. It was then done but nobody told me! Phoned again, to be told a paper prescription, was waiting to be collected at reception. A paper prescription, paper?! In Accrington, 10 (ten!) miles from where I live. I asked why it couldn't be sent electronically, direct to my pharmacist? Like my GP does and Inspire did for me. "Good point and don't know," was the reply. "We've always done it this way." Words almost fail me. I run out this weekend, so will need to make a special journey, first thing Monday morning. I'm fast coming to the conclusion, Mental Health Services make my situation even worse...

Review titled Rude and a waste of time
Rated 1 star out of 5
by Anonymous - Posted on 17 August 2023
Saw a psychiatrist to discuss nature of my issues. The psychiatrist was almost horizontal in the chair, kept yawning and continually talked over me before waving their hand and getting a duty staff member to finish the interview. At the end the psychiatrist said I needed help but told duty staff member to set it up. I was given no knowledge of what help was going to be given or when. While I spoke with duty staff member, the psychiatrist answered a personal mobile call, then commenced yawning again. I was speechless by how rude they were, still waiting for this help to materialise or to be given any info as to what it may be. Ridiculous, no wonder so many people are in crisis.
