   It is impossible to find out how to contact you. A friend has been given an appointment but is in America and the normal route through nhs is not available. I am trying to rearrange the appointment but am sent into a loop.

   What a stupid location for a surgery, I have an Ophthalmology appointment. For gods sake please provide an actual address. I live 12 miles away and I have no idea where to go. Even the NHS website gives the address as 'The Practice, South Woodham Ferrers' I'm cancelling my appointment.
