Phone line is constantly busy, either cannot get through or then when it is a chance to get through the voicemail says ‘We are closed’ but it’s early morning or around 2 in the afternoon, the practice is still open. I was supposed to be rebooked in for an ultrasound, never happened, I am trying to get through to rebook my self but just no luck. Blood test results came back, I was not informed of anything, but on my NHS Health Record it says ‘patient has been informed’ , I have had no phone call or text in regards to the results. I have underlying health issues in which I am trying to get resolved, but the practice does not care an inch, it just constant circles back and fourth, even when you get an appointment to be seen you are waiting well over a month. It is an absolute joke. I am so fed up.

I feel the practice has gone down hill . The system is not user friendly. On line systems never on . They now changed till 9.00 to book appointment . Never able to get through on line because of the 24,000 people all phoning at once . I find definitely going down hill . I find the desk staff smug and not helpful. Trying to get to see a doctor over a month to me is ridiculous and not a good service. Things need to improve a lot or people will just not bother and suffer in silence or self medicate. I have always said in past about the ridge how good it was but not now .
