I got put on the list for a hearing test in January 2022.i have had several appointments but all cancelled prior to the appointment .in January this year the excuse was staff shortage .Next was this month no excuses given just cancelled its now been 28 months and these people rely on the public support when on strike well not from me it's a disgrace

waited nearly 2 years for an hearing test cancelled 3 times, took off the list they said i already have an hearing aide, I have never had an hearing, after 2 years had a test, only to be told i have to wait a minimum of 12 months before i will get an aide, that is absolutely disgusting
