  1. Review titled Fantastic Service at Breast Clinic

Rated 5 stars out of 5

by SRAH - Posted on 02 May 2023

I visited the breast clinic on the last Saturday in April. First, the clinic has a calming atmosphere, which is brilliant for anyone with extreme anxiety. The staff are all fantastic. They talked me through everything they would be doing, and I got the closest thing possible to a result on the day. In my case it isn't the best news, but they gave me as much information as possible, answered all my questions, and gave me a card with points of contact for going forwards. I know that right now they're testing my biopsies, and will be determining further tests and the treatment pathway options. Brilliant service, put me at ease through some difficult procedures which were a tad painful due to how far along my symptoms are. Stay hopeful ladies, as most walk out with a benign diagnosis on the day, and for those of us with different news, the team are fantastic and go above and beyond to help, explain, and provide a calm, safe environment and reassure/inform about next steps and plans going forwards. The brilliant artwork is a great distraction to talk to your companion about whilst waiting.

  2. Review titled Absolutely amazing!

Rated 5 stars out of 5

by Katherine jones - Posted on 21 January 2023

I had an appointment here yesterday and was extremely nervous, had a very poor experience at another breast clinic 6 weeks previously. I can not thank the 2 ladies that seen me yesterday enough for the whole experience! I was called straight through and completely felt at ease the whole time I was there. I can not thank them enough for how they made me feel so relaxed even through what I had done on the day. If anyone has to go for an appointment for screening or needs a referral I would highly recommend the clinic at the Birmingham women's. Well done ladies! 👏 you are fabulous.
