Called the surgery to discuss a concern I had regarding my mother's recent appointment. Was told that they were dealing with an emergency and to write it down and hand it in addressed to the practice manager. The member of staff then hung up and was clearly not willing to talk to me any further. The practice is supposed to make available an online platform for patients to communicate with the surgery and I was not offered a patient-facing email address to use. How are people who work full time, are less able to travel or who are vulnerable communicate with the practice. This method of communication is not inclusive for the wider community and I would highly suggest people look for other surgeries to register with.
