The team in CT/Mri were amazing. I wasn’t feeling very well one member stayed with me until I felt better and was ready to go home. She was very professional and I wanted to say a huge thanking for her kindness towards me and the rest of the team that day. 12 Sept 24.

I was referred to the physiotherapy department with on going pain post hip replacement surgery. X rays showed that the operation was successful but I was experiencing a lot of pain. I was listened to, taken seriously and the problem identified. On going exercises were really helpful and I was offered subsequent appointments until the condition improved and the pain stopped. I felt cared for.

My mum arrived early for her appointment today and was told to wait in outpatients reception. After waiting half an hour she asked if she would be seen soon, only to be told that main reception should have sent her to have an xray first. After waiting 20 minutes in xray, it was another 30 minutes before she got to see the doctor, 1 1/2 hours after her appointment time, all because main reception didn't do their job when she arrived.

Appointment time 1025. Booked in at Reception at 1020 and was directed to waiting area where we booked in a 2nd time. 35 mins later we enquired as to reason for the delay to be informed that upon booking in 1st time we should have been directed to X-ray before the appointment.Another hour later after x Ray we saw the consultant 2 hours after the appointment. Basically the first Receptionist had not sent us to X-ray .Very disappointing. Expected better. No complaints about the medical aspects.

I had a shoulder arthroscopy as an NHS day patient - everyone I met/ spoke to was really friendly and really helpful - I was kept fully informed as to what was going on prior to the surgery and the after care - from theatre up until discharge - was second to none. I left knowing exactly what I needed to do in relation to medication/ wound care/ physio - I can’t recommend the staff/ clinic enough.

I recently attended the Yorkshire Clinic for a hysteroscopy. I have to say the whole experience was fantastic from start to finish. The team looking after me in the day were conscientious, approachable and caring throughout. The clinic is obviously run by a hard working and dedicated team. Thank you

First time staying at The Yorkshire Clinic. Really well looked after by all health care professionals. I am eating 3 course meals every meal time , my two stone drop in weight would be back in no time if I stayed here for long.

Had a recent hip replacement and from entering the Clinic to discharge I was well looked after. The staff from bottom to top were all lovely. Food was great. In fact I couldn’t find a fault. Thank you to everyone!

Absolutely brilliant. The staff were fabulous. They looked after me with great consideration tending to my every need. The physiotherapist encouraged me greatly ensuring I did the exercises correctly. He was brilliant and i can’t praise him enough. Anyone who is going in for a hip replacement I would strongly recommend that they practice the exercises shown in the pamphlet in the days prior to entry to hospital as this will greatly assist their recovery. Absolutely great hospital.
