This medical centre is a horrible place. very hard to get an appointment and treating patients very bad way. when we asked urgent appointment they said to call after 2 pm after 2 pm they said no appointment left snd go to potters bar for nurse appointment. van sick person go to potters bar from borehamwood atleast they have not given telephone appointment with the doctor. they said to call 111 after 6.30 or go to walking centre. i got very bad experience with them. i spoke behalf of really sick person to get appointment. compared with my medical centre service they are giving is very best really appreciating them

I had an appointment and sent a progress report + urgent request for for renewal of lapsed repeat prescription on 211222 but could not get a response to my message or send a reminder. My flat was flooded last October so I have been in a succession of hotels after electricity failed in December. Have only the clothes on my back and lost control of my email account and normal means of communication when the electricity blew. Shall be in Borehamwood Premier Inn until noon on 130123 and urgently need pain meds and flu+Covid jabs as described on 121222. Would take minutes to fix but still no response. They are busy but I'm still too young to die of either disease or neglect. No question of hospital admission, as repairs to my flat will take weeks and I don't want to be a bed blocker either as I have neither living relatives nor local support. Easier, quicker and cheaper for everybody if they contact me.
