Attended early with sore arm (diagnosed as chipped bone). Everyone friendly, kind and efficient - thank you so much.

Attended with my unwell 2 year old, we were met by reception with kindness even though it was busy. were seen ‘quickly’ in triage by a paramedic and student paramedic both were really friendly and empathetic. We then saw a Dr who again had a lovely manner with my daughter and kept me well informed. We were referred to royal Devon university hospital but the process was smooth and communication was great. Thankyou

Review titled Clean and Friendly UTC
Rated 2 stars out of 5

Clean and friendly service, didn't feel like a hospital, friendly helpful front line staff, Only disappointing aspect after spending 3 hours waiting for an x-ray on my ankle with a child who had a clear facial injury (stitches) we got told X-ray had shut and that we'd either have to come back tomorrow or go to a A&E, would have been helpful to be told 2 hours earlier that we where low on the triage list so we could of moved on rather than sat waiting in pain and discomfort for that amount of time for nothing.

Visited Tiverton UTC early doors, was signed in promptly by the friendly and efficient receptionist. Was seen promptly by the Triage Nurse then seen soon after by the Advanced Paramedic who was on duty. Both members of staff who dealt with me were polite, friendly, efficient and professional. A real asset to the organisation, keep up the excellent work guys.
