The inability for the receptionists to be able to use the system, to book an appointment in advance. Even when the doctor has requested a follow up appointment within a certain time frame. Is putting patients lifes at risk and pushing people to an already stretched Accident and Emergency dept. A ridiculous booking system doing more harm than good.

It's the reception staff that give patients a hard time. They seem to think they are above every one and they are rude although you must not be rude to them.
