   I am extremely disappointed with the service at the reception desk. Despite being visibly pregnant and clearly uncomfortable, I was made to wait for over an hour without any consideration or empathy from the staff. Their dismissive attitude and lack of urgency were not only unprofessional but downright inhumane. A reception area should be a place of hospitality and care, especially for those in need of extra support. This experience was unacceptable and showed a complete lack of respect for basic human decency. I hope the management takes this issue seriously and ensures no one else has to endure such treatment.
