I was due to have a Gastric Balloon on Monday, i live 4 hours away from the hospital so had arranged my weekend to be in the vacinity. I have just had a call to cancel my procedure because the ECG machine is not working. I do not need an ECG with a Gastric Balloon surely, they said it was sparking and was a health and safety hazzard. Surely it is electric and can be unplugged and removed from the room. I am so angry and upset

I have paid £5800 for a procedure and today was waiting for my pre-op over the phone ... this never happened, I sat waiting for an hour on the webpage. 4 phone calls, 2 texts, voice mail's stating i wanting to cancel my procedure and still not heard from my so call "patient co-ordinator" appalling customer service

Called at 8:45 when I was doing the school run. Made them go to voicemail. Called again at 9:50 but I was busy. Again went to voicemail. Called a third time at 11:50 have since promptly blocked their number. Clearly desperate for my business. Why keep calling if person hasn’t called you back? Why more than two phone calls in the same morning?! Stay clear of them! After reading the reviews below I’m glad I never answered.

I booked a procedure which I could no longer attend so I cancelled. After emailing 4 times asking about my cancellation and the refund, they said it had been processed and they are waiting from the accountants for a date. This was on 23rd May. Over 2 months later I have still not had a refund. This is outside of their refund policy now so I am chasing up a full refund for wasting my time. I know other people had a similar experience with this surgery not providing refunds so it’s incredible to find out they are even registered on NHS. I have still not had a refund and will be chasing a chargeback and small claims court to make sure they pay everything owed. Ridiculous company and please take my advice to avoid this place like the plague.
