I needed help with a prescription as the online pharmacy would not take the payment .The receptionist would not listen to my concern although I have tried to explain her that i have run out of tablet for almost a week and that I must contact the pharmacy myself to cancel the prescription .I have mentioned that I have tried but nobody answered and her response well ''try again'' clearly not carrying and empathetic with elderly .
