Generally I do not have a good experience having a blood test, and this has led to anxiety every time I have to have one. I had a blood test on 29th May 24 (11.45am) with a wonderful nurse, not only did she put me completely at ease she hit the vein 1st time with zero pain. I had to have another test on 21st June 24 (3pm) and was extremely pleased to see that it was the same nurse as before. She joked that she was now under pressure to have a good outcome again. It was an even better experience for me as I felt calm and relaxed from the start and once again she got it spot on. Both times I was in and out of The Tyrell’s within 5 minutes relived and happy. Unfortunately this review system will not allow me to use her name but I can say that she is a fantastic nurse and person and superb at her job. I would highly recommend this lovely lady to anyone fearful of this small procedure and I hope that this review is passed along to her, thank you.
