    Stuck on waiting room with blown knee, I have cartilage sticking out around me knee, They triage me and left me in the waiting room, I felt like I was going to pass out. The chairs are so close to each other I’m struggling to even get past someone with walking sticks as the chairs are not spaced out properly. Resulting in someone bumping my knee, But they didn’t even have a clue as the chairs are that close. They took me in the room and didn’t even look at my knee, Asking about the most basic symptoms of I have a head injury etc. even though my knee is abnormally large with lumps sticking out. Watching people will the most simple solutions that a basic bandage or medication could fix it. Looking at the staff on reception being loud, they’re laughing and having their own conversation whilst we suffer on chairs. The building is understaffed. Coming into the building and see a Tv screen with a 2 hour wait is a joke. I’m literally crying inside in pain. The toilets are not even locking properly whilst I walk into the toilet while a kid is on the toilet, how embarrassing for me and that kid. Not even funny at this rate, you need to fix up this building and make it faster for patients to be seen. My mum did a better triage at home than these doctors in the building. I had to leave and walk out as I was about to pass out in pain.
