40 minutes waiting on the phone, receptionist very poor, all my details had changed and were now wrong ( mobile and medications). Same as the previous place; The Redcliffe Surgery; very poor.Avoid.

I had to see the doctor at short notice. Extremely helpful and patient man who explained everything thoroughly. Most reassuring. I would highly recommend the clinic. The reception staff are friendly and efficient.

My most profound thanks to the nurse who removed the groin suture threads resulting from Vascular Surgery. She was most competent & patient. She is an angel!!!

Good afternoon, my father attended the clinic today for diabetic podiatry. Following his appointment and whilst awaiting transport he had to wait an hour in an extremely cold waiting room. No radiators were switched on. My father mentioned it to a receptionist but nothing was done, not even an offer of a blanket or something to that effect. He is 93 and slight and the cold really got to him. There appears to be a severe lack of awareness in understanding your patients needs. I hope this helps improve matters.
