    Saw dermatology doctor at Cromwell Rd. and was referred to Freshney Green to have haemangioma removed. At Freshney Green, saw doctor who told me I had been referred to the wrong person as he didn’t have the equipment or knowledge to carry out the treatment. I should have been referred to an oculo plastic surgeon. Now on a waiting list with no idea how long I might have to wait and considering having to go private. Waste of NHS resources as someone else could have had that appointment.

    Had a biopsy done and had to ring the clinic to get my results when I hadn’t heard anything, was given a Mobile number to ring which went to answer phone, left a message explaining and nothing happened, rang the next week and got an appointment for that week, had a second biopsy and after 3 weeks I rang to be told yes my results are back and a doctor will ring before the end of the week.. nothing happened! Rang back following Monday and they said a doctor has seen the notes and a letter is being sent out to you?, waited another week and nothing they also said I don’t know why someone here said a doctor would ring you?? So now today 25/07/23 I have rung again to be told the doctor or consultant hasn’t looked at it yet but I should get a call by the end of the week and if I don’t then to ring them back!! And this is on the cancer pathway!? Woefully bad communication
