Vita Health have a been a lifeline for me. I have just finished a six week webinar course which has taken me from being crippled with anxiety to moving forward with my life. I want to say thankyou to all the therapists who have helped me through a time when I was at my lowest.

Review titled Dangerous

My family member received their alloted sessions and now has been left on waiting lists in more distress than before they had their 'therapy'. You get people to open up and explore their illness which opens a can of worms and then leave them. I worry we will not be able to keep them safe for much longer.

Review titled Potentially dangerous
Rated 1 star out of 5

Self-referred in early December after breaking down and realising I'd run out of coping resources, calling 111 and then being recommended by my GP. Had to chase 2 weeks after the initial review to find out their recommended course of treatment. They recommended a web based stress webinar, in January. Maybe I'll just look up some youtube videos on mindfulness to tide me over until then, but I'm sure being told to take walks in your lunch break and to do breathing exercises on an anonymous zoom webinar will help tremendously with depression and anxiety. This is both unhelpful and a potentially dangerous recommended treatment, especially given the time of year and statistical propensity to suicide around Christmas time. Don't rely on these folks for help, they don't seem to be able to listen.
