   I took the time out of my working day and waited half an hour, until I lost my patience and had to phone them up myself. Turns out they never cared to notify me the appointment had been cancelled despite having my number. I have been waiting for an appointment since October and now it's mid-May. People like me are in a crisis and desperately need help. You very clearly do not care about patients if you never tell us about cancelling it. I have to work through my lunch break to make up for the time you wasted.
