    After not being able to get an appointment for what maybe flu or pneumonia, I was disgusted from the lady on reception to tell me "if it's important, go to A and E." I couldn't get an appointment for 3 days and when I asked if she would reiterate to the doctors about my temperature being high and my epilepsy, she just said that I should try the pharmacy and hung up. They're quick enough to point out that they don't tolerate abuse but why should I tolerate this? Appalling service from a reception department that has poor reviews anyway. Try staff training. Or you could just be sympathetic to other people's conditions and use common sense and courtesy.

    I went to discuss results of an MRI scan. After waiting 13 minutes after my appointment time to see the GP, they asked me why I was there! I briefly and succinctly explained, and they searched and finally found my MRI results. The GP then told me they had no idea what the wording meant, and proceeded to Google the issue with no success. Absolutely disgusted with the service, and it was a very upsetting experience to be treated with so little consideration after worrying so much about the results. One would think a GP would have read through notes before the appointment, and understand scan results. Speechless.
