1. Review titled leaving themselves wide open serious issues

   Tried getting appointment all week .Have chest infection only need anti-biotics .Phoned at 8:10 5th in queue got a reply at 8:20 told no appointments (phone lines open at 08:00) clearly do little work as obviously leas than 10 appointments available today. ask for a prescription as dont really need to see a gp i know what the issue is (told no) Common sense does not exist in this practice
