This is not the first time this has happened. My appointment was for 9.10am and I arrived at 9.00am. There were 3 patients in the waiting area and I sat down. At 9.30 am there were no patients and I asked the receptionist for another appointment as I had other places to be and had been sat there 20 mins after my appointment time and the clinic was not even busy, no other patients. She said I would be seen soon and that 2 clinics were running. A nurse came out and called for a patient in an empty clinic, I was not called forward and left the clinic. As previously stated this happens each time I attend. Why give appointment times that cannot be met even when the clinic is empty, their time is important and so is ours.
