Trying to get a GP appointment to discuss the results following their referral to a Hospital specialist is made unnecessarily difficult by reception staff who treat you with attitude bordering on contempt. Disgraceful behaviour when you need urgent attention.

Was told by 111 services to call doctor at 8am had to go round because couldn't get through on phone was told I had to wait for a triage Dr to call. But in the end up no phone call. I got a better response from the pharmacy. Updating this review. Have to say I am disgusted with the service. It has been 6 days now since I was supposed to get a call from this surgery and still no call. I have asked 111 and pharmacy about getting an allergy test and you have to go through Dr. How the heck can you get that if you can't see your Dr
