    I popped into the surgery to try and arrange a non urgent appointment on Friday 6th and spoke to the receptionist. He was very polite and helpful and said he would complete a form and I would hear from the a doctor. I received a text message to say the doctor had reviewed my request and I will be contacted on 25/9/2024. I think that is a long time to wait even with a non urgent request. Other surgeries appear to deal with requests more promptly. Why is it so difficult at Well St Surgery?
