   I feel let down by the West Mid MRI section as although we provided a qualified physiotherapist referral for an MRI they refused to accept it, even the hospital only carried out an xray, my GP had to refer another physio which is taking so long and and the process is going around in circles and in all this time my daughter cannot continue gain a diagnosis for the recommended treatment she requires, they would act straight away if we paid private.
