   recent visit for problems while awaiting surgery, given outstanding care for my 36 year old son with heart and other health problems. Kind and understanding. Prompt response to symptoms and management of complex situation involving heart and emergency surgery. Reception were uniquely helpful and kind, giving prompt responses and directions and assistance when I was unsure which route to take. I cannot rate this surgery too highly, my son's health needs are complex and challenging but they always respond. Nursing staff gave excellent care, going out of their way to help. I am a retired nurse and do not give praise unless I feel it is warranted. Please keep going!
